Tom Halpin-Ex sous chef Noma Copenhagen

Tom Halpin is an Australian Born Chef focusing on local and unique flavour combination’s.
He cooks primarily from the grill and uses his extensive knowledge through travelling for inspiration. He was a sous chef at 3 x world number 1 restaurant “Noma” in Copenhagen where he spent 4 years. He competed in and won Iron Chef Thailand. The last two years Tom has been focusing on travelling and cooking in as many different countries as possible to gain knowledge before opening his own restaurant “Foreigners’ in Moscow, Russia. Here he will be exploring the vastness of Russia’s landscape through ingredients and technique.
Not only in restaurants, Tom has been cooking in some of the worlds biggest music festivals and various pop up dinner events.
