CALABASA

Born and based in Madrid, the incredibly gifted producer and dj Calabasa is telling quirky stories with his music creations.
He has two sides to the music he performs.
His DJ sets can vary from deep, minimal, and more clubby sounds, projected respectively in his parties Ü (deep, minimal) and Flava.
He very often brings his own machines to perform jams and “hybrid” sets.

Strong releases and a very successful edit of “O Superman” which received incredible support by some of the biggest names in the scene (ANOTR, Priku, Arapu, Cristi Cons, Yokoo…) didn’t give him much of a choice but to pack his bags.
Besides his ever-increasing gigs in Spain, Calabasa has performed in Zürich, Miami and Paris these last winter months.
With confirmed gigs in Ibiza, Amsterdam, Ecuador and some festivals during summer + an arsenal of unreleased tracks to steadily publish… the name Calabasa seems to be taking a new meaning for everyone.
